A new version of the recently released 17-minute gameplay trailer from Hitman: Absolution, is now available (thanks VG247). This features commentary from the developers at IO Interactive about the upcoming installment in their stealth/action series. Word is: "Join Game Director Tore Blystad and Gameplay Director Christian Elverdam as they take you behind-the-scenes of the award-winning Hitman: Absolution, with a 17 minute commentary version of "Run For Your Life" playthrough. Learn first-hand what it takes to create a living and breathing world, gain new insight into the creation and ambition for the game and get a taste of what players can expect when they enter the mindset of the original assassin: Agent 47."

Yeah HM:Blood money is a top10 game but the Derpsolution clip on youtube makes me feel like Absolution is a turd on my face.
Just watched. I dunno, the whole "no more trial and error" thing it mocks for sounds awesome to me. I've always hated these games, and the Splinter Cell games, because they're just that - trial and error. They're not about skill but about reading the mind of the level designer. I don't like games that I can't beat the first time through. That isn't to say I should, but I want ones that I could. No cheap deaths that require trial and error. I should be able to get through everything via skill.
Which is why I love Batman's stealth portions - when I screw up I can either zipline away or just beat the crap out of people. No watching savegame loading screens more than actual playing.
