Ubisoft announces that TrackMania 2: Canyon, is now available via digital distribution from the TrackMania Website, offering the next installment in Nadeo's PC online racing series. Here's the launch trailer, and here's word:

What Blue said. Plus, this is a lot of fun in LAN, and if your LAN doesn't have a net connection, you're screwed.
Fortunately, it seems that Nadeo is trying to compensate the StarForce years and the fact that they sold themselves to the worst publisher out there by keeping (proper) LAN play support and not forcing always-online.
