I agree that this is bullshit... but singling out Canada for unfair 250Gb rates? At this point I think that I'd be celebrating if I got that... as it is now we only get around 50-60Gb... not to mention that a few years ago Bell attempted to impose a cap of 10Gb (5 up and 5 down)...
