I've actually just started playing Metro 2033 and it very much has that STALKER vibe, just underground all the time. I think it's quite good and I look forward to seeing what they can do in a sequel.

Unlike the Dead Space games, I just could not get into the Metro one. Don't know why, but I just felt let down after playing Dead Space 1/2.

Metro 2033 was a bit too linear and scripted for my tastes. Seemed like a waste of such an interesting setting. Also wasn't very impressed with the enemy AI.

I just finished Metro 2033 today, actually! I was glad to be done with it, but I'd play a sequel!

I don't usually finish single player campaigns (I prefer them though), but I did finish Metro 2033. Couldn't put it down. I'll preorder the next one.

I cannot WAIT for the Metro 2033 sequel. I loved that game. It was a very difficult game but also rewarding. Hope the sequel is up to snuff.

After I decided to actually sit down with Metro 2033, it turned out to be a really good game with a very strange ending, maybe even one of the best FPS in a long time for me.

I welcome a sequel as long as it's handled by the same team and delivers the same kind of depth and atmosphere as the first.
