Canceled that CC already. I didn't ask but it's possible that charges were tried and declined, I had like $1 in credit available on that card over the past week so jokes on them!

Maybe the thief mastermind was suspended in cryogenic liquid for a few decades and is behind on inflation.
It's possible these were stolen quite some time ago and are unrelated to this specific hack. Early iterations of PSN didn't even support HTTPS some developer was mentioning on gamasutra.
So someone claims to have 2.2m account details including CC info with CVS/CSC numbers (which they say are not even stored) and offer it back for $100k............ I find that a little hard to believe.
