It is exactly like Heroes. Washed out BF2 with floaty everything, TONS OF EXPLOITS, and a web browser based game. There are many many better games to play.

the game is like battlefield 2, only worse.

and you cant install and run the game. you have to go to a website and log in and click a button for them to GRACIOUSLY allow you to play the game installed on your computer.

i stopped playing the beta last month. when did this latest patch come? people i play with say it is still there. the same problem exists with battlefield heroes and that game has been out for a long time now.

Not sure when it got patched. I played yesterday and noticed it was gone then (and that was the latest patch as far as I know).

I enjoy camping the AA turrets and shooting down aircraft. Even with flares it's still pretty easy to wait for a good lock and fire. Easy points! I'm sure a decent pilot would have no trouble killing me though.

I hope they have a portable or deployable AA turret in BF3. Learning where the static AA was in BF2 made it pretty easy to just line up on it when you're out of range then nail it with guns. If they did get a shot off you just pop flares and climb or fly away to get out of range. Seemed impossible to shoot down someone on wake last time I played, they just fly up until I lose my lock then either ignore me or come in guns blazing.

I'll stick with modded BF2, thanks.

Played it in the beta. Since it launches from the browser, I won't play it. It is too inconvenient.

Naturally, what else is this free-to-lose (pay-to-win) nonsense? Do you think companies give you games for giggles and without a vector to make shitload of cash?
