We all think people finish games, but when you start asking around, you'll find that a lot of people don't get to the end.

People don't get to the end when they've stopped enjoying your game. If they've stopped enjoying your game that quickly, maybe you made a shitty game. Instead of making it shorter, make it better.

I got stuck at the race that they made you participate in order to win the invitation and I just lacked the interest to ever go back.

I beat AC2, but only by playing it for, say, 30 minutes at a time and then quitting. Just sitting at my computer and playing it straight through, I'm sure my brain would explode with one or two hours due to the simplistic, repetitive gameplay.

Then you had that ending...
Space gods represent!
I have absolutely zero intentio of buying this next game. It just seems like more of the same and they didn't even bother to change the setting much, to say nothing of the gameplay. I'm definitely good for at least a year.

Wishing they focused more on the gameplay and less being hip,
Ray
Everything is awesome!!!

AssCreed 2 had possibly the weirdest ending to a game i have ever seen in my life.. it was seriously that bizarre, at least, in the context of a renaissance italy setting and the rest of the game

To be fair, I never finished either AC because the fundamental gameplay is so shallow and the game basically plays itself.

"In the industry, the number of games that are finished is more like five to ten percent," Simard figured. "We all think people finish games, but when you start asking around, you'll find that a lot of people don't get to the end. We want the player to experience the whole package, so that's something we're trying to push. we're making our next game 2 hours long for the sake of the ADD monkeys."

Let's tell it like it is, fellas. Come on.
