I live in Japan, and pre-purchased Mafia 2 Digital Deluxe as soon as demo came out. 3 days ago Mafia 2 disappeared from the steam store, and now, 2 days before the ROW release date, they canceled my pre-order with simple "We have refunded your purchase" E-mail...
