Well if various versions of the android phone have any form of data safety locks that have to be bypassed it's not. It's a violation under the DMCA, and as such you're a filthy pirate too. Same with iPhones even though the courts have said it's not, sort of, kinda. And I can think of a pile of other hardware like mac-clones. Considering Mac's these days are just PC's with a bios lock.
