StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty sold more than a million copies in 24 hours and 1.5 million copies over the first 48 hours of availability, announces Blizzard. They say this makes the real-time strategy sequel the biggest PC game launch of the year, and that this sets a record "for fastest-selling strategy game of all time."

Hey guys, question for those of ya who have SC2:
Some press sites are saying that the campaign is accessible enough that anyone can enjoy it. Do you agree? As a guy who generally does not play RTS games (I have only played DoW2 in SP, and calling that an RTS is a stretch) do you feel its worth getting for the SP campaign? I already know I dont stand a chance in hell on the MP side. But I was wondering if the SP campaign was truly accessible enough for an RTS newb to pick up and enjoy.
