I can understand both jack and shit just fine, which seems to have been all your posts thus far.
What you seem to have is this grand idea that everything up here is wrapped into this great bubble where hordes of tiny fingers shift through it all, much like the US. Now going from that: In Canada, gun rights are not absolute. You're required to register, and take tests, and pass the tests. And have a license. But, that information is all private. Healthcare is run by the individual provinces here as well, and all your medical, and personal history is also private.
You are also guaranteed a reasonable expectation of privacy, which is protected by both the charter of rights and freedoms. And by the privacy act which deals with government and business relationships to individuals. I know, very difficult stuff to understand.
