NFS: SHIFT Console DLC

Electronic Arts announces plans to release an all-new Exotic Racing Series DLC pack for Need for Speed: SHIFT on March 18. This is apparently not destined for the PC edition of the racing sequel, as word is: "The Exotic Racing Series pack will be available worldwide on the PlayStation3 computer entertainment system for $10.00 or the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system for $10.00 or 800 Microsoft Points."

Heh, I played the demo of Shift and all I could think was "holy shit, they just repackaged GRID with a lamer interface!".

And I KNOW the reason is "it's easier to do", but why is it that DLC for racing games always means "more cars"? AFAIK, only Burnout Paradise actually added more drivable area as DLC (altho not on the PC, those bastards).

That's fine... Grid's still good... like Cookie. That's good enough for me.
