There's a clip on the YouTube showing off about 10 minutes of footage from the Battlefield Bad Company 2 PC Beta in a very smooth clip in spite of using high quality video settings. A variety of gameplay situations are demonstrated along the way, including firefights, using explosives, repairing tanks, reviving teammates, driving vehicles, and more. After playing the game for a few hours over the last couple days, on both PC and 360, I can guarantee you that "taking an entire clip to kill someone at point-blank range" is certifiable bullshit.
You are one off the lucky ones then, as it has NOTHING to do with skill.....some of my kills take 2 bullets, some take (no better way to say it) more than it should.....
Sniping I find at the current state of the game is lame, unless you have 2 snipers shooting at one guy, as the sniper rifle sucks for it's current range, and it highly ineffective. All one needs is a medic drop near by and it can be impoosible to kill them with 1 sniper round.
Maybe you have a better connection with less lag, less loss, etc etc etc. but the general consensus is that it takes too many shots to kill.
