It's more amusing that you lump everyone who isn't thrilled about L4D2 into the same boat and act like they're being unreasonable for not sharing your opinion. Some of us bought other games, it's a crowded season. The lackluster demo didn't help them sell it any. You can keep announcing how great it is but that's not going to make people buy it. Idiots will be idiots and continue posting fanboy crap, that's not exactly new. Ignore them and move on unless your entire intention was playing the opposite position in which case you're just as much fanboy as they are.
My comments were solely directed toward those who act like linking the game is a crime against PC gaming, or wrong in some way. I don't care at all if you like the game or not, or bought the game or not, I just don't want to hear about what a huge idiot I am for liking a game.
It's so funny how I am branded on here as a fanboy for everything simply because I am not negative 90% of the time like everyone else is. "No one likes to hate their hobby as much as PC gamers" is a great quote from a recent issue of PC Gamer, and it's great because it's true. I am continually ostricized here and a couple other places because I support giving money to publishers for games I find enjoyable and don't get angry over tiny inconvienences.
