Don't blink or you'll miss another Blood Bowl patch, as a new version
1.0.1.6 update is now available for Cyanide's fantasy-themed tackle football
game. The patch is available through
this page, where they also have patch notes describing fixes for match save
corruptions, improvements to the player invitation system, and a couple of
additional bug fixes. The patch is mirrored on
AtomicGamer,
Gamer's Hell, and
The Patches Scrolls.
Anyone who is not already a fan of Blood Bowl pick this up and enjoy it? I found the beta gameplay to be boring. Curious what someone thinks after owning the full version?
You won't enjoy the full game. Gameplay was locked in years before the game even started development.
I was a fan of Games Workshop stuff but hadn't tried BB in any form before. Honestly, I regret having bought it, and I find it boring too. It's horribly paced, the strategy isn't very interesting, and it was annoying to find that I'd accidentally supported such an aggravating DRM scheme.
