Last time I connected, the update borked Steam (again), so I decided to just delete the damn thing.

On the other hand, if Starfleet Command 4 had ever come out, it would have been so simple as to be a waste of time. I've never seen a series of games that's gotten progressively less difficult with each incarnation.

I've waiting for version 1.12. That should be next Tuesday, I think, based on their release dates so far.

Hasn't this apartment been for sale before? I'm guessing that the million dollar price tag is probably out of the range of most Trek fans. And most humans.

Sony's just trying to appease the power-players, who've been leaving in droves. City of Heroes is temporarily grabbing some of the more casual players away, and with EQ2 and WoW on the way, Sony's got to keep the revenue rolling in on EQ for a while longer.

No, but Gabe Newell is!

And get "Ghost Master" instead: same concept, in a way, but GH does a much better job.

"This game would have been great if Alan Lee and John Howe did the art conceptualization for it, like the films."

I can replicate that conceptualization easily: just add staircases and sweeping vistas of New Zealand. Voila, the Lord of the Rings movies.

I don't understand. What's the use of tossing English information on a shield being used in a non-English speaking country?

"AO had this feature of generating private dungeons from the beginning. I didn't really like AO, but at least they don't charge extra for a good idea."

At least Mythic didn't charge for a game that didn't work at launch. Unlike AO, DAoC worked the day it was released. AO's missions didn't even work for months.

THey are also planning to add a "tailor" to the game for costume changes. I gotta say, I'm having a lot of fun with the game so far. Yes, the mission can be repetitive, unfortunately.

Ghost Master is a great game, but it was just too different from the usual type of game. They should have set it in World War II, and it would have been a hit.

If done right, this could be a lot like the old Nuclear War game (the computer game based on the board game). However, they would have to make it more satirical and amusing than a normal election. That's going to be difficult, though.

I've been looking for a WWII game for a long time now, since there are so few of them. I'm glad that this long deglected genre is getting a paltry few games these days.

Haven't played this map yet, but got a chance to play some Assault last night. This game is like methadone for Tribes withdrawal, just as Penny Arcade mentioned.

It runs very smoothly for me, though with a couple of glitches here and there. The one problem, though, is that the maps take a long time to load.

Hey, Blue, I think there should be a new category: YAWWIIG (Yet Another World War II Game) that you can just toss bullet points into.

I'm waiting for the following WWII Games:

* Pokemon: Pacific Island Campaign
* Zelda the Windwalker at Midway
* Half Life 2: We Delayed Long Enough to Put in a Time Machine that Let's you Play in World War II

"I thought shit was off the censored list, isnt that why southpark got to run the shit episode?"

There are different rules for various broadcast media: radio and over-the-air television have different rules than cable stations.

My driveway has the same problem: every year, a nice invisible glaze of ice makes me tumble. Stupid house has on of the gutter spouts aimed directly onto the driveway.

Maybe this summer I'll fix that...

All Dish/DirecTV deals require some sort of commitment: they sell the equipment at a loss, then make it up on the subscription.

Oh, and the TVs are not that great, comparitively. I mean, I hear they are nice, but you could get better.
