Instead, Apple most likely even got tax payers' money in support. This is how business works nowadays: take it from the poor, give it to the rich. Robin wears a hoodie, remember?

Unlike Steam, EA doesn't penalize the use of VPNs for preload unlocks. A lot of people unlocked at midnight in Korea, which was almost 20 hours ago. I unlocked mine at ~11am PST and have been playing off and on since.

Slick was most likely asking for a way to get a pirated copy - just for testing, of course. After 40 hours of "tests" and a complete playthrough, he will say that this game is not worth full price and that he will wait for it to go on sale for $10 or less. Then, he will just forget buying it once it hits the $10 mark...

Just kidding. Slick would NEVER do this. Right, Slick?

The nukes we have today are more than 10 times more powerful than the one from that video. Just in case that seemed small-ish to anyone.

Trump is obviously correct that we need to beef up our nukes.

Because overkill makes totally sense: we cannot only kill you, but we can kill you ten times and nuke the ashes AGAIN.

Overkill was a running gag in the 80s, and even nowadays it still does not make any sense.

It is simply a means to give more money to the weapons industry. Make military corporations not just great, but even greater again.

And watching that nuke was amazing. Just think, sometime in the next 4 years you're going to have the opportunity to see these going off all over the world by the thousands. I think this would be a good time to crowdfund a Vaultec style company.

And imagine that these nukes are just not good enough anymore.

The Kinks are as important to Brit music as the Beatles, Stones, Who! This is a very deserved knighthood!

Whoa, whoa, whoa. NO love for Bowie? No love for Mercury??

Queen happened about a decade later and their music shows the influence of the great bands of the 60s, so I wouldn't put them on the Brit Rock/Pop pioneer bands list.

Bowie was great, but he was a solo artist. When it just comes to the music and the influence on later decades, then of course he belongs up there with Beatles, Stones, Kinks. Pink Floyd. No doubt about that.

First of all, you said "Brit music." As far as I recall, solo acts are still musicians. Nor is the definition of "Brit music" restricted to music before 1970.

Second, Queen and Bowie are contemporaries of the Stones and Kinks. Even if those latter bands got their starts a bit earlier, all of them did their best most influential work in the 1970s. They all influenced each other, although Queen in particular took more inspiration from not only contemporaries, but also more classical forms of music.
Beatles 1960 - 1970
Stones 1962–present
Kinks 1964–1996
Queen 1970–present
Bowie 1962–2016
Pink Floyd 1965–1995

Lastly, neither of us mentioned Led Zep!

As much as I like Queen and Mercury, they are not brit pop/rock pioneers. Sorry, in my opinion (and based on the date the groups started their careers) they should not be on your list. Freddie was a beast on stage, he really was a great performer. But he was not one of the great 60s brit pop pioneers.

EDIT: You missed The Who. They definitely are on my list of the most influential early Brit pop/rock bands.

And even Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple with their idea to play Blues louder and faster than anybody else and thus inventing hard rock (not alone, of course, I would not forget about Detroit's MC5) are more influential than Queen. Again - Queen is great, but they did not add much to rock music. They used hard rock and glam rock and a bit of opera and mixed it up. Brilliant music, but just nothing really new.

The Who were also great to finish festivals. They simply tore the place apart and demolished the stage. This is how all festivals should end!

Then there was progressive rock (or art rock) with King Crimson, Genesis, Yes... Well, nowadays the teens got Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber. I feel sorry for them.

And right there was one of my "Get off my lawn, punk!" moments!

Saw The Kinks at Maple Leaf Gardens way back in the day. It was the first concert I was allowed to go to on my own. I think I was 14 or 15 at the time. Which was sort of weird as it's not like I was a Kinks fan or anything. I suppose its more or less like everyone else liking songs like Lola and Come Dancing.

I loved how Oasis copied the Kinks big time, even the quarrels between the brothers. But even Oasis is now old news... I feel really, really old.

This is the Youtube generation. Every guy with at least a single working brain cell would have guessed that the train will turn that train station into a blizzard hotspot, but nooooo - for the video this guy and that stupid girl before him just stood there waiting for shit to happen. I am still waiting for the selfie of some idiot whose parachute did not open the moment he hits ground, smiling happyily because he knows this foto will get a billion likes.

Message to those guys: Darwin called - YOU ARE OUT!

All people who cheat For Honor should actually better play Dishonored. It suits them better.

Ehh, well, in Dishonored, you play an honorable character that was dishonored (hence the title) by people with a criminal agenda... so, how's that work?

Okay, I'll explain. Who cheats in For Honor, is Dishonored. Got it now? Just a wordplay, not dealing with the contents of the games.

And a REAL Tag Heuer is worth a bit more than $1,600. I actually think that this Android Wear watch will be the only Tag Heuer that will become worthless over time.
