I wonder if these $1500 things have the same crappy capacitors like the 3080. Mmmm... good value for your money!

I only played 1 for the first time about a year ago, and I did not think it looked that dated so I don't get what they are going on about, it is a 13 year old game after all. The current industry standard for a remaster seems to be just some slightly better textures, and perhaps an extra mission or two.

Wow, this is cool. But weren't they showing off ray-tracing in their trailers? Would that be feasible (even at 1080p) on a GTX 1060?

I just saw someone doing a review of the new Nvidia 3080 and they actually got this game to run at 25-30 fps on ultra with that card. Good reason to avoid this game.

I really have to wonder about these tech magazines that constant spout unconfirmed nonsense. Like in the one talking about Gigabyte cards coming out, they consistently refer to the 3070 being faster than the 2080ti and I after looking at the 3080 test results that compared it to the 2080ti I have great doubts that it is true.
Personally I see the 3070 somewhere between a 2080 super and the 2080ti at best. Nothing worse than constantly spouting marketing nonsense.

I'd leave too, with all the SJW thought police taking over companies and destroying creativity.
