I've been around in one form or another over the last 8.5 years. So to that, I am happy to start off the third page of congrats.
I had an over cooked steak experience this week as well. It was so burnt my knife had a hard time sawing through it for a test bite. This was at a Pappadeaux's in Houston--I got to send mine back. I was surprised they even brought it out in the first place as it was a far cry from the medium steak I asked for. Interestingly enough this was also a surf and turf restaurant. Anyway, happy birthday Mrs. Blue!
