I guess liberals don't want to shut down 4chan.org because it's their go to source for Japanese Hentai Anime Porn or something.

Gab uses a little green frog for an avatar, looks a lot like Pepe.

SHUT. IT. DOWN.

I can't buy this game because there's no way to add it to my massive backlog and play it later, the game will go offline before I get to it.

This year, House Democrats called for $1.4 billion of federal investment in elections. Braun, of Def Con, said even those figures are paltry: “We need support for a bill, to the tune of $5 billion, to dramatically overhaul the election infrastructure in the country.”

$5 billion, hell let's double it to $10 billion

and hand it all to the same private corporations that run the elections right now.

They develop these games on PC so it could just be place holder items from that alone.

I'll pick it up if the PC version ever drops.

2 years? That seems overly optimistic, unless fortnite field takes off.

I would say it'll be another three or four month multiplayer wonder, the Battlefield Royale mode will suck just enough people away from the core game modes to essentially kill it off. I'm not a fan of shrinking circles and last man standing type modes (especially with random players), give me a multiplayer mode with a team orientated goal to accomplish like Titan mode in BF2142.

Taking down an enemy Titan felt like you actually won the game.

“Classic PC Games #WontBeErased on our watch. Yeah, how’s that for some use of hashtags.”

#ThatTweetGotErased

It rarely works out when companies try to promote themselves by interjecting into political issues.

Battlefield V has a single player "war story" about sabotaging the heavy water plant, of course you play as a 16 year old girl that accomplishes the task.

Second studio head to leave EA who was working on a Star Wars game, Amy Hennig being the other one.

It's like a curse or something.

DICE have also pulled people from working on Battlefront II to work on Battlefield V.

At this point I bet EA wishes they had never signed that agreement with Disney.

Games like RDR2 put all the other AAA studios to shame, DICE put in a handful of single-player "war stories", short 40 minute or less scenarios in their pseudo WWII game. Gameplay videos show that it's the same old linear grind against really dumb enemy NPC's.

After all these years the best that they can come up with is trapping the player into a small area and have the player fight off waves of NPC's until a timer expires.

Hey I need some advice on rooting things. Can you root an older device and update with a newer version of Android? My Asus Memo Tablet 8 is 4 years old now and it's perfectly fine but I suppose Asus stopped updating it 2 years ago and now when I try to use a lot of apps - e.g. Google Play - they won't work properly.

Also, with rooting phones - phone is new, Moto G5. Does rooting allow me to run Android and get rid of the Google apps? Fucking bastards. I can't log out of Google on this phone, I have to remove the account and that removes all my contacts on the phone as well. I grabbed a separate contacts app - and other non-google apps for the phone - but I'd rather just get rid of them all because fuck them for that.

Any good recent rooting tutorials anyone can point me to?

Thanks

You're probably out of luck updating to newer version of Android, the largest group that was facilitating that type of thing closed up shop, "CyanogenMod".

https://www.xda-developers.com/the-death-of-cyangenmod-and-whats-in-store-for-the-future/

for older android tablets

If the app has version checkers then there's not much you can do to get around it, you can maybe side load apps and on android is pretty easy to enable the ability to load apps from insecure sources but you'll have to hunt down the .apk file.

I just use my old android tablet as an ebook / pdf reader and for playing videos from the device or over smb network.
