Great time for devs to test AI voice tech!

God I loved Frostpunk so much. Getting stuck into the sequel and suprisingly enjoying it considering how different it is to the first one.

To be honest I tried the beta weekend and hated it to the point of refunding my order. After a few months I thought I’d try it again and now with a more open mind and less expectation of sameness I’m enjoying it more. It’s very different but still good.

Lets see how I feel after 100hrs…

The data is fairly clear. If you believe that woke culture has had a positive impact in our overall social discourse then, I have a bridge to sell you. I'm an old school liberal. I think we should stop dividing people based on 'identities' and start treating people as individuals. Woke culture has brought nothing but destruction and tribalism. First, they don't prevent you. They just don't make it mandatory.

The child isn't getting care, he's just making a statement about who he is. Why should it be mandatory to inform the parents? What if you are a teacher and know the parents will respond negatively? Very negatively? What if the child just wrote it in an essay, or confided it in you after class, but isn't acting on it elsewhere?

When did high school kids lose any shred of privacy and independence and start being property of parents?

Your view is kind of disgusting. If a kid says "I think I may be trans" the school isn't taking out a scalpel and cutting off their testicles, and it shouldn't be forced to immediately call the parents. Kids should be able to find themselves.

Also laughable that an assassin game has someone that literally can’t blend in a crowd being an assassin as they are the only black person in Japan.

I would love to play an awesome afro samurai game which is loosely based on Yasuke but that aint assassins creed.

You then more than 10x the company but then the boss says "Err you know you forgot to put a full stop at the end right? Sorry you get nothing."

Then you go put that full stop back into the contract and your boss says "Well buddy, since the company is more than 10x in worth now, that 1% is a lot of money mate. Sorry don't think you should get it now. How about a nice watch and a holiday instead?"

This is literally the situation now. 80% of shareholders excluding Musk voted in favor of the pay package back in 2018.

When we have a demographic where the majority of population is retired and the youth are busy paying for it that will be a distopian nightmare.

Government is not the best judge of conspiracies. Will tend to pressure tech companies to call anything against themselves as conspiracy. Most might be but not all.
Let people argue and debate each other instead.

They already get an entire month of the year and endless support from every major corporation and rainbow flags everywhere. Obviously not enough and desperately need a dedicated shelf on twitch too otherwise they will be labelled anti LGBT soon.

Always open for a new RTS game so fingers crossed this doesn't suck.

Thematically though kinda looks weird to have human squads walking around in bright daylight with tanks and jeeps shooting in the open.

In my mind the AI would have complete battlefield advantage and overwhelming forces and the majority of combat would be guerrilla warfare at night.
From the clips of gameplay it shows a few grunts and 3 tanks shooting a couple of mechs and robots. Looks off brand.from the little I've seen.
