Have only played for about 30 minutes, but I have encounter some stuttering in some areas that have a handful of MoBs. If the environment is quiet (few MoBs), the game runs smooth.

Specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700F CPU @ 2.90GHz (2.90 GHz)
16 GB RAM 3200 MT/s
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (drivers were updated today before installing the game)

So far so good, but when a handful of MoBs spawn in, it definitely seems to impact the performance.

Secondly, with the Oblivion name on the box, they could have put a pile of dog shit in it and it still would have sold well just on name recognition alone. That's what "woke" does, it takes a very popular name brand (games, movies, TV shows) and injects it with woke garbage so a lot of people are forced to see it. Luckily the liberal progressives don't own all media and communications anymore so they can't squelch free speech, so we know more now than we did from 2020 to 2024. Show me one NEW IP that is mass marketed as woke that has done well. Woke fails when the word gets out.

As someone who loved Doom 2016 (on my fifth play through) and hated Doom Eternal, this game rocks.

There are a lot of customization settings so you can play the game how you like. I have it setup to recapture the feel of 2016.

I love throwing the shield, and the shield charge is awesome.

Just curious, what settings did you tweak and to what values?

I'm no friend to the woke BS and games that employ it deserve the low sales IMHO, but I don't see any problem with Ciri (or female characters in general) being the lead character in W4, that trailer was AWESOME. Have enjoyed the Witcher games/shows and look forward to W4. Don't understand the hate towards Star Wars:Outlaws either.

Having a LOT of fun with my Falling Thunder/Killing Palm/Tempest Bell Monk. Game reminds me a lot of a modernized Diablo 1, if you try to just jump onto a pile of MOBs you will most likely die, unlike some of the modern high adrenaline arpgs (they have their place of course and can be fun).

Very much enjoying the game, EA or not, also enjoy SUPPORTING GGG, EA or not.

I'd have to look further into some of these bans to see the reasoning behind some of them, but nevertheless, Jack Dorsey, Twitter 1.0 CEO, makes Elon look like a Saint. There are millions upon millions of left leaning Twitter 2.0/X users that can speak freely without the threat of censorship today. This was not true for right leaning Twitter 1.0 users, so Elon is a VAST improvement for free speech on the Twitter/X platform. I'm an Independent/Moderate, so I don't like extreme's from either side.

You can manually save from the menu. There’s a limit to how many saves you can have, but it’s still possible to save your spot. Just make sure to load the save from the menu instead of using Resume.

I believe that once you are in a "mission" you can't save until you are completed or leave the mission area (which most used to be forced stealth).

But you are correct, outside of a mission, you can save anywhere. I just want the option to save anywhere in a mission as well.

I like the game enough, settings are excellent with great SW details, I just want to be able to save where and when I like, I only have a handful of hours a week to enjoy the hobby, it's frustrating to have to go into a mission for an hour, make a simple mistake, and get boomeranged back an hour.

It's not a bad game, feels like someone took Tom Clancy's The Division and reskinned or modded it to Star Wars.

As a person who only get about 6 hours a week of gaming time (work, parenting, life, etc.), it's beyond annoying when I spend an hour sneaking around in a stealth mission to make one unfortunate mistake, get swarmed and killed, and have to start the mission over from scratch. I would appreciate if the developer would allow me the option to save anywhere I want, or at least do an auto-save every 3-5 minutes regardless of location in the game. I don't mind some consequence for making a bad decision, but losing 1/2 to 1 hour isn't OK IMHO.

I've been looking for a Mod that changes the save scheme, but haven't seen one yet, so the game is currently uninstalled until then.
