That's not even the third longest headline for a story I've read on here. 🙂

And of course Andrew Wilson is talking out of his ass - that is what CEO's do.
It's called "vision" Prez, and that's why he gets paid the vig bucks.
That's hallucination and delusion pretending to be vision.
Fake it till you make it, it won't make a difference to his bank account.

Sucks for those employees laid off but 9% is actually not bad considering how many redundancies they probably have in certain areas. Leaves me hope they can turn the hot mess that is AB around.

Its 9% of Microsoft Gaming employees, AB had 13000 employees in 2023. Also important to note that they had under 10000 in 2022 so this is largely cutting back on recent increases.

Dried guajillo chilies (toasted dry, then reconstituted in water, blended and strained) are my favorite base for Texas chili. They are used in a lot of moles, and it’s a very fine line between a good chile colorado and Texas chili in my opinion. Anyway, guajillos aren’t super spicy or anything and have such a great deep earthy flavor so you can use a lot of them. I’ve gotten top 3 in a few local chili cook offs using them (and anchos mostly).

This comes from growing up in Texas so it has at least a bit of authenticity in it.

Destiny 2 is such a mess for new or returning players. I tried to jump back in and I had no idea what I actually needed to buy until I found a guide on Reddit and then it was such a tangle of expansions, seasons, and storylines I just gave up before spending any money.

A great expansion isn’t going to fix the massively confusing price structure or directionless new/returning player experience.

The super-annoying thing about Radon is that the levels could be seasonal, or subject to the weather(!).

Average temperature over the year makes a big difference. Where I’m at radon exposure has been going up steadily along with the average yearly temperatures. A place that was safe even a few years ago might be harmful now.

L4D2 at release was not a huge jump over the original, and many thought (like me) that the level design was a big step backwards.

Because googling it, not even google agrees.

lol, paying $80+ dollars for a game is not luck.

When I look back and see how many hours I've put into the various Diablo games, at 70 dollars the hours played per dollar is still incredible value.

My high school yearbook class had bought macs, instead of PCs like every other class. They were quickly repurposed for Marathon LAN matches. Very good FPS for the time, in particular I remember how vertical the maps were compared to other games and the fact that weapons had magazine sizes and reloading was a thing.

Legal pot growers blame black market for its failing industry.
They should blame the government and regulators. It's practically impossible to get 'fresh' flower product from the legal system. There are no bud bars where the customer can see and smell what they are buying, and the shop can't make their own fresh rolls. So it's more expensive, stale, over-packaged product that is sold through a regulation-first, customer-second, system.

Come to Oregon, see and smell it before you buy it, and know when it was harvested.
