Even if they 'win' , the payout will be 99% to lawyer fees and plaintiffs will get something like a $5 coupon off items in the GOG.com website store.

That seems ambitious ...I didn't think Gearbox was very big ?, hence the long delay between a new Borderlands.... but they are going to crank out 21 games in a year !?
Sure, 18 of them could be complete garbage ... but even to release 3 quality games in that frame seems pretty steep .

First game was so good. Relaxing - then scary.
I look forward to this new one.
The last time I tried it was over a year & a half ago and it didn't even have the gun you needed to build stuff yet. There was not much to do but wander around , check it out. You could 'hack' into the console commands to get a build gun to at least goof around some more.

I really want to play this , but I have so much to get to anyways..... I guess it can wait for now.

It would be smart of DICE to start releasing the game at dates that are far away from COD ,.. so they don't have to keep competing with late year sales .... but I have a feeling June will just be a trailer / marketing blitz for the eventual release around October again.
