Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich praised the style and substance of Donald Trump’s suggestion for a new nuclear arms race, calling the president-elect’s use of Twitter to make major policy pronouncements “brilliant.”

Gingrich, an informal Trump adviser, told “Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace that the longstanding U.S. policy of reducing the number of its nuclear weapons has “failed.” He claimed that it has enabled former Cold War foes China, North Korea and Russia to rebuild or expand their capacities.

Trump tweeted on Thursday that the U.S. “must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability until such time as the world comes to its senses regarding nukes.”

“Let it be an arms race,” Trump said. “We will outmatch them at every pass. And outlast them all.”
The revolution war will not be televised tweeted.

Both Amazon and google play have 99 cent rental for 1 movie until Jan 23.
Looks like it's time to re-watch Zooey Deschanel in Elf.

That was posted an hour ago. It's 12:30 EST here atm and it's still down.

Probably a DDOS by some kiddies upset that their favorite game wasn't 90% off.

Are you sure you don't want to blame the Russians?

I didn't mention the kiddie's nationality...

HoSpanky wrote on Dec 23, 2016, 13:03:
Ok, but how long are the refunds supposed to be allowed for? Did Australia not get the 2 hour/2 weeks thing that US has with Steam?
It's not about the current refund policy, it's about the laws in Australia.

More likely it's due to conversion therapy.

Although I have a lot of respect for GOG, I don't think I would back this. I've been burned by a lot of Steam Greenlight games and recently by a couple of EA games sponsored by Greenmangaming. Before that, Star Citizen, Shroud of the Avatar, ArcheAge, Mechwarrior Online to name a few. I'm DONE backing EA/Kickstarter games. I've been burned a few too many times and I only have cold cynicism left in my heart for them.
The rules have changed in the Misinformation Age,
1. Don't pre-order no matter how Shiny the reward.
2. Don't buy the game on day one.
3. Don't back EA/Kickstarter projects.
But DO look both ways before crossing the street.

So by this she means run a crowdfunding drive for a couple of million bucks and then just absconds with the money? That sound about the size of it?

And VW finds this pretty funny because after Jan 20th it'll all disappear. It's carte blanche for the corporations for the next 4 years in America. Welcome back to the gilded age of the robber barons.

What money has Brianna Wu kickstarted and absconded with? Her crappy game only generated $13k, and it's been released, so...

But this is the kind of sloppy, irrational hate I expect. Plenty of reasons to dislike Wu, who is perfectly dislikeable on her own, but people keep feeling the need to invent new ones.

Maybe, if just once, Cutter would actually read an article instead of just the headline, he would not have to pull quotes out of his ASS.

That reviewer wrote like the typical steam commenter from someone unfamiliar with game development but knows some of the buzzwords. It's like now that new api's are available he forgot how great some DX11 games performed and looked.

Mentioning draw calls several times, the lack of DX11's ability to handle them and that DX12 or Vulcan would magically fix the performance issues and raise the low GPU/CPU usage.
You think the developers would have thought of that, but by the reports about the game they had bigger fish to fry.

Romney: 60,771,703
McCain: 58,343,671

While we're at it, can someone explain the meaning of LandSlide to the orange twitter troll.

He would have said that if he won by a 1/2 an electorate that is how he explains most things, all extreme. He did win by a healthy electorate, but yeah popular vote country as divided as ever and I'll be amazed he'll be the one to unify, lol.
Why would you even go so far as to say he won by a "healthy" electorate, because it wasn't, the win deserves no other adjective. If you must qualify it, than "an American tragedy" comes to mind.

I'm not quite sure what the issue is with multiple platforms. Of course I don't have them setup to start with Windows because, well, windows.
But i read somewhere once that competition was a good thing, something about it breeding innovation,improvements,creativity...etc.

One non-existent Little Caesars pedophile ring beats the 848 defrocked catholic priests and 2572 others sanctioned since 2004. Tis a strange world we live in.
