Guys, guys, c'mon, I'm not cleaning up all this piss from this contest of yours. You want to do it properly, go to the Inauguration after-party, I'm sure you'll have plenty of opportunities to determine a winner...and, hell, maybe Trump will be so impressed, he'll make one of you an advisor or cabinet member...![]()
Anyway, I'm still debating whether to jump into Win10 all the way. I've had it installed once previously and it was ok (this was right at launch, so I haven't messed with the 'Anniversary Update'). Some things were a nice change, others just had me going 'What the fuck?! What were they thinking?!'. I'm on Win7x64 currently with 16gb of RAM but my main concern is my mothers system. She still has Windows7x86 with only 4gb of RAM (of which, of course, only 3.5gb is usable) with an FM2-era AMD A6 cpu and integrated HD6530 (6350? One of them, I can never remember, not that it really matters). She uses her iPad Gen2 (that just got cut from updates this last go around) more than her system but she still does her email and finances, along with working with pictures and printing whatever she may need. I've been meaning to finally get her over to 64-bit and more RAM but I'm held up on going with Win7 again or Win10. Because of this I've been dragging my feet and procrastinating about it. I need to make a decision this weekend though.
So what do you guys think? Should I just put Win7x64 on her system or just bite the bullet and go full Win10x64?

OK, well... Snowden didn't even do that by your definition. Only Manning did.
Glad you found one more way to hate on Obama though, you'll be pretty bored come Saturday.
And on top of that his man also told the Ruskies to hack us and he doesn't trust his own intelligence agencies. Mixed up, messed up, fuck'd up world... No words can explain the madness.

And for the record this is a GREAT feature. Not just for gamers, but for professionals.
With the hordes of people fleeing from Apple, they have to go somewhere. And as someone who's begrudgingly used a mac for live DJing performances for the past decade, I can tell you that if I could click one button and suspend all extraneous services that aren't critical, keep the DPC latency nice and low, and ensure the system is ultra-stable, I'd switch to spinning on Win 10 in a heartbeat. It would be a dream come true to be honest.

These days, freebie games are typically sh!t and only used as a gimmick to get you tied to the site in some way. Either on their mailing lists, using their application, or something along those lines. For them, giving away a game that is probably worth 1.50-2.00 is worth associating you to a weekly mailer that might get future buys or their application installed which is even a bigger win for them (Origin).

In any case, he's now with Kissinger, and Dick Cheney, and two other VPs, and a handful of Presidents, and a billion filmmakers and song writers that have won it.

My SSD didn't fit under the mobo. Have you had a problem with that? Either my OCZ SSD is a millimetre too wide or the slots are too narrow. I'm not going to run out of drive slots but that's an odd one.
Put your SSD in one of the drive bays so the front fan(s) are blowing on it. It will stay cooler than the behind the motherboard mounting, by almost 10c. It's still well within operating range for most SSD's, but cooler components are happier (and usually longer lasting) components.
Good point. It also means one less power cable from the PSU, as it uses the same one as my two hard drives (I love PSUs with detachable cables!).
Is there anywhere you recommend adding fans? I'm thinking another intake on the front below the existing one and an output on the top. I don't think any is necessary at present but if I do overclocking I would like more. Does any 3-pin fan work with the fan speed switch, or does it need to have PWM?

You mean behind the mobo, right? Open the other panel and there are two SSD holders?
Yes.

I now have a Fractal Design Define R5 case, thanks Beamer and Dacote for the recommendation. It's a nice upgrade over my 10+ year old case. The power/HDD LEDs are so bright that I disconnected them, but as it's so quiet now I can't tell if my computer is off/asleep, or it's just turned the monitors off for power saving![]()

If I am up to 40 or 50 kills and no deaths in a tank I usually just suicide it or give it to a teammate, then go infantry or cavalry the rest of the round.
