It's possible that the second power outage was because they had to shut something off for a short time in order to repair a line somewhere. A few years ago when we had a hurricane come through CT the only time my house lost power was a day after the storm.
Credits are a big deal in the movie industry. Take a look at how much trouble George Lucas stirred up not running credits at the beginning of Star Wars movies. I don't see why video games should be any different

I don't see how this won't be basically a repeat of Troy. Factions have virtually all the same units, with mostly restricted options beyond foot infantry. I liked Troy the first time through but it got old fast.

There have been several good open world Spiderman games
I tried the demo and the flight model seems really janky and they compensated by putting aim assist on the weapons. Using a stick seems like an afterthought, which is a bad choice for a space combat game.
The salary caps in major pro sports were collectively bargained between the Players Unions and the Owners. I would guess that Activision unilaterally imposing a cap is what got them in trouble.
Long as I don't have to queue for single-player, who cares?
