News Comments > BioShock Remastered Fixes

Legit question here, Is Bioshock 2 a decent game? I played Bioshock 1, 2 times through and loved it. I watched Jim Sterling go on about how much better 2 is. I have access to 2. Is it a better game then 1?

War's over boys! You will get your go home paper's from the front lines soon. It was a hard fought war. But we certainly won the long game in the end.

Anyone know a good place to get a wireless dongle adapter for my Xbox controller? I gotta play Red Dead redemption through my Xbox store front... off my PC.

hmm

Not sure what rights the average EU person gives up. The kind of rules they mention are common here already. The Youtube rule part looks to be the only problem here. But sitting in Germany I have to deal with GEMA already. Alot of the time it feels like it could not get worse then that.

What exactly are you calling socialism? I only see government protecting average citizen's from bad corporations. If you have to make the argument that its socialism and big government from where your sitting go ahead. I however will be downloading a 40GB game, while watching 3-4 episodes per day of my favorite series on a HD streaming service a day. For $25 a month and no such thing as a Data Cap. Hey, enjoy your version of Freedom then, you can keep it

Details of the contract released by carry player Jeroen "Xaliea" Klaver in a TwitLonger yesterday show that the deal the players were being told to accept was for a salary of $1 per month, with a 75% share of tournament winnings (after tax and travel expenses) and 0% of in-game merchandise sales.

Wow that's pretty crazy. You ether win or you lose completely.

News Comments > Interplay IPs for Sale
31. Re: Interplay IPs for Sale Sep 8, 2016, 10:06 ZeroPike1

So basically they took there inventory of IP's and are dropping it off at the nearest vendor like in an MMO. Not giving a crap about its actual value or possible purposes.

It will be interesting to see what company picks up what IP's from this. Going to be some dashed hopes by the end of it, I'm sure.

But maybe some good will come and we get some sequels/re-releases rolling out that are at least half decent. Would be nice to get away from the zombie like Interplay.

Even though I have a card capable of handling VR games. The VR games on display are crap, or they are niche appeal and nothing I would play.

Will be looking into VR when they become possibly wireless, and High quality visual's combined with decent gameplay. So maybe 3-5 years at the rate its going.

Man, they are trying to Hype this game to no end. And It feels to me like the Hype Train can barely leave the station. At least for me I cannot get excited by this at all.

The Leave EU people are the best. They sound like the dumb Texan's wanting to leave the US any time there panties get in a bunch over some trivial BS. Like children throwing a fit at there parents when they are told they have to eat there vegetables, but the child's response is to run away from home and make his own home! With out vegetables being required. That will show'em!! Just stupid.

The EU is not the best, but NO government is, by default. The good thing about the EU is that they can throw judgements at companies who are tax dodging like Apple and more then likely get them to be held accountable. Look at those numbers. That is some serious tax dodging. Its unfair to everyone even to the Irish locals who pay the full normal tax amount.

If the news read, ohh Ireland is suing Apple for back taxes. Nobody really cares outside of Ireland. But the EU says it? There is a TON more weight behind it.

And you cannot throw that 6000 jobs thing at anybody. Same kind of argument is made about the Coal miner's in the US. Its a sad story to see a job go. But ruining everything else for those 6000 jobs is worse.

Well I'm having a decent time with it. The questing is very well done.

So far on casual playing I got to 102. But It does not matter. The idea of this expansion is to grind up your new Artifact weapon. Which you can do via questing and/or dungeoning. That is Blizz's main hook this time.

'Course they could just do what alot of modern Europe does and put Utilities underground, and let the state run the underground tube.

But whatever I guess, Europe is backwards and the US is forwards... even more so when a bad wind storm knock's a Utility power pole out for 4-5+hours...

I do not get it. I really do not. Why would you want to limit Muni-Broadband? Why would you not encourage more and faster internet growth in your community? Why can states limit this? under what logical reasoning do they even use?

The general idea is that Cable businesses pay for the laws to restrict it, by buying legislators. I get that. But only the biggest businesses can buy an entire state's legislative body across multiple states. Unless they are that cheap to begin with?

Ohh yeah its posturing, but its really slimy in the end. It shows that a person will pander to anything to try to squeeze another vote out.

BUT it goes to show what category of people a person is willing to pander to, and to Posture with.

Ohh man that pledge is a mess.

Internet porn is "deforming the sexual development of younger viewers.”

I not sure what they are getting at with this, the Internet taught me how fun sex could be. Maybe sex is only a standard Missionary position with them. It works but, super dull and boring.

“Preventing the sexual exploitation of youth online requires a multi-faceted holistic strategy with a shared responsibility between the public, industry, and government,”

I get this part, nobody wants this Child porn stuff to take place. 99% of your Porn viewers will agree with that I think.

“serious consideration” of a Presidential Commission to examine the “harmful public impact of Internet pornography on youth, families, and the American culture.”

This part sucks, it does not mention the word "if" It means basically its not an if, its already 100%. Then why a Commission? Stupid ass McCarthy communism hearing BS all over again.

Get word out to the Republican base that trump wants to censor the Internet Porn industry. I think you would see a major boost for Democrats or 3rd party. But then again... Nah American's like putting people in charge who make empty promises and will rake them over the coals for fun. They always find someone else to take the blame other then there own bad voting choices.

Ahh ok that would explain the super, super weirdness I seen, I figured it was probably just because the DX12 and my graphics card combined with the game was far from ready at all.

I switched to Win10 on the day before the last day of it being free. So I know I have not had alot of time with it. But so far it has given me no real problems.

Well I wanted to give DirectX 12 a go, only game I have that supports it is Rust. And Rust became quickly ruined, unsure why. The graphics were super bad and the water was a sickly piss yellow after I switched to DX12 mode in the Steam launcher.

My wife provided me with a program that regedits and alters some of Win10's spying and other un-needed crap. After some additional selective editing it feels alot less stupid and more normal window's like.

I would not call putting in a female farmer skin a feature. They could easily model and patch that into previous 2-3 farming sim games.

So they made the graphics a bit more shiny, made the animations a bit smoother. The Equipment is looking fantastic. But I just do not see any improvement from the older farming sim games.

Its like farm equipment porn. Throw in some terrain deformation, or make it like Spintires where the ground gets messed up the more you use it. Or allow you to customize the farm land. Something! its just driving farm equipment around a plastic map. I give up.

If traveling to Germany for free, battling enemy players in zombie-filled battlefields, and possibly winning your share of $15 sounds like a good time, head over to the ESL website for more details and to register.

I realize that is a typo but still made me laugh my sweet share of $15... Otherwise I think this game is nearly universally disliked. No amount of $15000 going to Tourny-players, playing it, is going to change my perspective on it ether.

basically yeah I get the Netflix Originals thing but if I do not care for a show I do not watch it ether. Netflix can make 30 different shows and if there all trash to me there all trash to me. And to that I just buy Blu-ray/DVD series collections now. So It also means why bother with netflix?

Hence my thinking if they could have a massive library on the ready it would make me want the service. That way you pay X a month and do not have to buy Blu-rays and Digital versions.

I've had Netflix twice in my life so far and beyond watching like Fargo. The Limited library makes me see its not worth my money.

A troll gets his due and some people call up a political reasoning for it due to his political leanings. You wind up with some wall of text trash pile, or you have people defending this clod. He's been warned before, he has many chances not to be stupid. He continued to be stupid so they finally slammed the hammer.

This is how the rules work.
