When i read that Tom Moore died of covid i realized that 2021 is going to suck just as bad as 2020.

The jurors were mailed valve controllers. (Not scuf, and that was what i was referring to)
You don't have to make a product to defend your patent.

Obviously there was enough evidence to convince them that the Valve controller infringed on the patent.
If you read the patent and look at valves controller, it's pretty obvious.

They looked at pretty pictures online and made a legal decision over it.
They were mailed controllers so they got to fondle and handle them just like anybody else.

Blue has posted some other stuff so if you read everything and still feel the same way, not about the patent troll part but about the ruling.
I think the ruling is sound.
I doubt valve appeals.

I'm not opening up my bnib steam controller to look at it but the patent sounds like what's on a steam controller.

Such an interesting case, first of its kind.
The eight jurors were each mailed a Steam Controller.
