Description There's a fool-proof way to tell if something a conservative/right-wing/Republican said is true or not. If they call it "fake news", you can be sure it's the solid truth.

Granted it's not slathering yourself in BBQ sauce
Crap, you sent me down the bbq rabbit hole.
My first recollection of this god sent creation was slow pit cooked pork from http://www.allmans-bbq.com/. Bested only by mothers milk.
I bet my folks dipped my pacifer in allmans vinegary sauce to settle me down. There is no substitute and nothing in TX even compares, beef brisket takes a lame 3rd place.

controversial Nike Ad, it's damn good

It is damn good. The fact that it will piss off conservitards is just sweet, sweet buttercream icing on the cake. Maybe they can show us just how angry they are...by burning the stuff they have already bought and paid for. That'll show us.

The whiny brats could have donated their gear to charity, but with heads so far up their keisters and resultant lack of O2 to the brain it prevents any and all rational thought.

Sidenote: I was gonna stock up on my Nike gear but they are tenants of TRE45ON so that's a no go.

Wow, that lion video is cool and damn scary at the same time -- at any moment the cat could have killed one of those people.
Those people were clearly raised in captivity and the lion had nothing to fear from them.
It's actually the only way to get folks out of the safari vehicles seats because they are just so damn comfy.

EA is scrambling to garner good will because of pending litigation

EA did not perform adequate due diligence to determine that the host of the venue, Chicago Pizza, had the proper permits to hold such an event. EA did not have "adequate security measures," including metal detectors, wands, or backpack inspections.

The lawsuit claims that EA "knew or should have known that there had been a number of serious criminal incidents, including crimes of violence and murder at 'The Landing' and in the immediate neighborhood in the recent past prior to August 26, 2018."

The lawsuit also names The Landing's ownership group and one of its tenants, Chicago Pizza, which also included the GLHF Game Bar.

"In memory of the tragedy in Jacksonville, we will be offering a 25% discount on all loot crates"

This is so slimy. Wow. How does that equal to a settlement for a plaintiff in a court case.

I hope they don't try to use this offering as part of their defense in court.
Where did you read that? I think the user below said that jokingly, as that seems like something you’d expect EA to do. No way would they actually do that (because...profits)
Well what about the Urban Warfare skin pack, I had my hopes set on squeee!

Yeah, I saw that. Shorter Op/Ed:

"We know he's unfit for office, but we're trying our best to keep him under control so that we can enact as much of the Republican agenda as possible."
Which is a ridiculous point of view since Pence would be just as accommodating...
It doesn't matter that the Veep would be accomodating, it's the fact that he's not FUCKING CRAZY.

a place where we can remember Elijah Clayton and Taylor Robertson

Where do I go if I want to mourn the 2nd Amendment or David Katz and his ability to buy a weapon on any street corner, no questions asked. murica

I hope EA took a page out of the CIG playbook and there is a streaming charge.

Anyone read about the Woodward book yet? Man, I knew it was bad, but I didn't realize it was this bad.
Here is a transcript of the dotards phone call with Bob Woodward.
https://www.cnn.com/2018/09/04/politics/trump-woodward-transcript/index.html
Of course it is the exact opposite of orangies slanderous tweets.

A Senior witch house official in the dRumpf administration had this to say https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/05/opinion/trump-white-house-anonymous-resistance.html
“Meetings with him veer off topic and off the rails, he engages in repetitive rants, and his impulsiveness results in half-baked, ill-informed and occasionally reckless decisions that have to be walked back.

There is literally no telling whether he might change his mind from one minute to the next,” a top official complained to me recently, exasperated by an Oval Office meeting at which the president flip-flopped on a major policy decision he’d made only a week earlier.

Given the instability many witnessed, there were early whispers within the cabinet of invoking the 25th Amendment, which would start a complex process for removing the president. But no one wanted to precipitate a constitutional crisis. So we will do what we can to steer the administration in the right direction until — one way or another — it’s over."

"One more death was reported this week, making 172 child deaths reported for the 2017-18 flu season, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said.

“Approximately 80 percent of these deaths occurred in children who had not received a flu vaccination this season.”

The CDC estimates 12,000 to 56,000 people may die from the flu each year."
So your saying that ~ 78 kids may have survived if they'd been immunized, but 0.000000000012% chance of a bad vaccination reaction is too risky. {wink}
