Rotten Tomatoes offers both: a fresh/rotten meta calculation of like/didn't like as well as a 10 point scale average. It includes these for both reviewers and audience members.

That's a system that pleases everyone it would seem.
Similar to Metacritic, just with less vegetable (or is a tomato a fruit?).
Take Justice League for example;
Metascore 46
User Score 7.1
http://www.metacritic.com/about-metascores

And there is always opencritic for games, it looks like it may be less splooged by the troll-brigade.

Also, I'd define "wildly inappropriate use of power" as what Nixon did.
And what tRumpf does on a daily basis.

Also curious what she was driving. It's not every car that can hit a buck twenty.
You might be surprised. My last Honda Accord (4-banger) was supposedly capable of 130. I took it to 120 on an empty stretch of I-10.

Charlie Rose is the latest scumbag.
I never did like his show and couldn't figure out why he was around for so long.
A couple of times I saw the morning show he hosted with 2 or 3 female hosts. The way he talked about women made me feel queasy, now i know why.

The thing that drives me crazy about Steam reviews in general is that people tend to use them to shit on the developer to get a feature added or bug fixed. I can't count how many times I read "I'll thumb up if the dev adds {fill in stupid feature here}".
The add a feature puleeze along with the troll-brigade upset about a developer tweet are just 2 of the reason why Steam reviews are a bitch.

Not to mention the ridiculous thumbs system. Give me a point scale any-day.

I don't really agree. I feel like Bill Clinton got a giant pass from the left for wildly inappropriate use of power. And JFK. And I think the people blowing off the first Franken accusation as trivial are full of it.
Bill Clinton got a pass, maybe you missed the impeachment.
Be careful, your partisan is showing.
