I would love to do a new PC build. Running a 4670k, that I failed the silicon lottery on. It's hard to justify the expense of Skylake, for such meager performance gains. The chip also runs hot, so the fans are always running in high gear. I suspect the factory TIM, but don't want to fix it for fear of it going wrong.
I will probably pick up either a 1070 or 1080, but that doesn't qualify as a rebuild.
