Still enjoying this game though I have not yet hit the max level. Not racking up the kills like in the beta is one reason. No worries though. I really only play for enjoyment. I have noticed again there are still a lot of one shot kills by sniper rifles and shotguns so hopefully those are next on the nerf list. Lately I've seen a lot of strange things during my last few play sessions. Being shot down by an artillery truck while I was in a fast moving fighter plane while zigzagging over the battlefield dodging flak was the craziest thing. The first time I thought, oh shit that guy got really lucky... but the second time he shot me down I couldn't help but wonder. I still see a lot of global bans happening so there are still idiots trying to download skillz instead of just learning to play the game. People are strange.

The game that did everything right and EA still managed to fuck it up.

One day, when pigs can fly and war is outlawed all over the globe, the Bethesda board will realize, that NOFUCKINBODY WANTS MP FOR DOOM 4!!!!
Until then, who gives a shit?

Replayability for this game just increased by 0.013%.

I doubt this will change the low mp numbers.

kills not counting towards ticket loss on conquest mode sounds dumb, maybe it'll work out when playing the game. I guess this is their answer to "too many snipers" and "nobody plays the objective" but you would think they could just give a point boost to people capping and defending and gamify people into playing the objective.
I'm still not convinced that the gamer hype surrounding this Battlefield is real, I think the WWI setting is going to be a flash in the pan. I still wish it was 2143 setting or Bad Company 3 even.

I really struggle to distinguish between Battleborn, Paragon, Lawbreakers, and Overwatch.
While they're certainly different in tone, art style, gsameplay, and arguably genre (with this being a MOBA?), they still appear to be competing for the exact same customer.
In some ways it feels like the late 90s, when a fall preview edition of CGW or PCG would have 25 different FPS games in it. Times have changed, though. These are all multiplayer focused games, looking to take players for 60-600 hours, meaning they don't have time to play other games (unlike in the late 90s, where you could probably play 10-30 in that amount of time.)
That's pretty much how Counterstrike changed the industry, too. It took us from playing tons of games repeatedly to one game exclusively (other games took steps towards that, but we didn't really have the internet to support it.) In order for a game to survive like that, it needs a critical mass, and to this day I still think there's really only room for one game to hit critical mass, a few games to circle around limply, and everything else dying a swift and forgotten death.

The lack of bolt actions beyond the sniper class is disturbing. WW1 you say?

Bought ARMA 3 a few days ago, spent most of my time trying to find solutions to fix the framerate(i5 + R9 380). In towns I was never able to go over 25-27 fps( in multiplayer). Ended up asking for a refund.
Wondering what kind of rig all these people playing ARMA have
