Remind me again how many steam games were offered for free this week? I'd say Epic is being mighty generous instead of cheap. Only reason Epic exists is due to their steam's greed.

Whats the point of me looking for this? The information is out there and when I do find this information you'll just believe what you want to believe instead of the truth. I've already heard it from Musk, if you want to know the truth you might find when Musk said it from places like this.

You all are complaining too much. Either play the game and enjoy since its pretty fun and funny or just play a different game. Why do you feel the need to pull others down and insult? I'd say that your more evil than Alex Jones wanting to torture another human being seriously? He is not attacking you but you feel the need to insult him and the products he gives you if you don't like it DONT BUY IT! Its like you need oxygen and crying to live.
Its not sustainable, at least not right now. I think I read that Tim said they have not made a profit yet. However when they first said they were competing against steam it was a laugh, you needed a gimmick like this and well I like free stuff too so I've bought some things here due to it. I'm sure eventually it will work out in the end...maybe?
Somewhere else said that this would be free about a week or so ago. How do they know which games would be free before the information is out to the public? They also stated Quake I & II Enhanced would be free, only time will tell if that part is right.
The new free game today 12/27/2023 Cursed To Golf, it says free but wants to charge you 50% @ $9.99. Everyone else getting this?

Your probably right. I don't like this part about the mods not working on this version. However some people says its fixed, some say its not. I see they have patched it up to 1.4 until June 2023. There is still hope they will patch it further but no patches since June not a great sign.
I have only tried the original but from the comments it looks like its not great for slower laptops but okay on beefier PCs, don't know from personal experience but ill keep an eye on mod compatibility and future updates then play. Thanks for the information Acleacius!

After reading all your comments, its pretty clear to me that you all are against freedom of speech. If the forefathers could see what your doing to their special gift, you all should live under King George III rule and see if you want freedom of speech then again you probably wouldn't survive.
I don't agree with everything Alex Jones says, however he did predict the 9/11 attack with planes to the world trade center and tried to stop it unsuccessfully and he predicted other events before they happened. Alex Jones means well and his voice even if wrong should be allowed to speak in the public square. If he bothers you don't listen or read Alex texts.

This is good news, allow the polish to make this a worthy sequel. I loved the original, my father didn't. Would be terrible if they release it too soon. Usually when its ready is the right release date, it was ID software policy back when they were awesome.
