Yeah, cant seem to buy it on Steam but it is available on GMG and Gamers Gate. I got mine with a 20% off at GMG and installed fine in steam. Odd one

Thanks for the tip!

... TWENTY-FIVE FUCKING DOLLARS??? Are you guys fucking INSANE? This is the exact same game you have already released three times before!

Fuck you.

I'm a big fan of this series of games, purchased both of them back when.
But I agree, 25$ for a re-release is retarded.

Modding tools = No DLC sales.

What business in their right mind would want to do that?
The only modding tools they should allow to be released is where people can modify the values of the weapons and all the damages, as well as allow or disallow certain weapon(s) (types) for different methods of play, such a thing wouldn't compromise their sales of additional map or game mode DLC's.

Didn't EA spent more on developing and marketing Star Wars: The Old Republic?

Something must be wrong with me then, cause from my (short) playtime with the game, I thought it was a boring piece of shit :/

What a bunch of hogwash. Embracing the more casual players is actually what made the game lose it's traction with many MANY gamers.
That is why vanilla and Burning Crusade are still considered some of the best eras of the game's existence, unlike the current sad state of it, where my 10 year old son can play it just as well.

They explained that removing the AH would create more issues such as how chat would be littered with WTB/WTS posts but that's their problem for dropping the lobby/channel/game creation system from D2 in to this fucking stupid WoW-style chat box.

It's pretty obvious you know the devs are fucked if they don't remember how items were traded in D2 by way of trade channels, putting what you have or need to trade in your character profile when you clicked on one or the fact that you could CREATE games asking for specifics or general trading. Hell, there was even a low cap to each channel but no limit to how many channels there could be.

Christ, the trade spam is even bearable in PoE and that uses the same chatbox style interface.

This is a very backwards way of thinking. Diablo 2 is how many years old? Yeah, and so are the archaic trade systems, among others.
The AH is a necessary evil, and it does indeed solve more problems than it creates, the reason why it is so fucked in the original D3 was because the Auction House was pretty much your only recourse for upgrades due to badly designed itemization system.
Basically, it's a game about loot...without the loot.
THAT is what they needed to fix in regards to the AH.
It should supplement the gameplay, not replace it.

For $0, it's better than Diablo 3. And, for an online ARPG, it actually has a reason to be online, unlike DiabWoW. Yeah, it's not perfect, but I'm having fun with Deadpool.

And I agree, patches quick via STEAM.

It's not even better than tetris, let alone Diablo 3. Don't kid yourself, this one is a piece of crap.

Path Of Exile has one of the most ethical business model in the industry, and they get a ton of respect from their players for it.
They are also beyond generous when it comes to what you get for free.

As for Marvel Heroes...argh. God, I wanted to love this game. At one point in beta, it even looked close to release-worthy.
But now it's nothing but a broken mess, with a company behind it that is completely and utterly inept at keeping deadlines, keeping promises or even having any sort of real technical prowess.

I bought an Ultimate Pack during the beta, only to regret it later when I saw that virtually every single major system in the game is broken to some extent, and the overall design of how the combat works is lackluster, to say the least.

If you want to play this game, be my guest. Play it for free. But I'd suggest you play it for a few weeks and see which way the hot wind blows (Mostly, from Gazillion) before you decide to invest any money in it.

This game has the smoothest combat I've ever experienced in any aRPG title, it's very responsive and animation cancelling is absolutely superb.
Highly recommended (Despite it's relative short length).

Just FYI, as far as I know, Mike Morhaime is still the CEO of Blizzard, not Rob Pardo.
