Sign up for D+ for a trial, and you're now obligated to forced arbitration for all Disney products for life. Tough to find a better example of late-stage capitilism.
Maybe in your country but definitely not in mine. Luckily we have some decent robust laws. We were the first to get steam refunds and also the first to have EULA laughed at. We can resell software contracts too. There are no ads on our Disney+ "ad free tier". This shit simply wont fly here.

The last BF I really played was Battlefield 4. After that I just played all the beta's and those didn't hook me so I never played the full game.
I think I need to try the Black Hawk Down multiplayer, because that looks more Battlefield than Battlefield at the moment.

If all these Chinese corps say the Chinese govt isn't involved than they'll have zero problem divesting and setting up shop elsewhere in order to prove it.

This means people who rely on getting business via searches are beholding to Google. Frankly, I don't really care one way or the other. The number of people who lack any real understanding of computers despite the fact they are integral to just about every business activity, never fails to amaze me.
What search monopoly? I haven't used Google for years.

Without reading the article, it's because of multicore/multithreaded CPUs. There's no point in having multiple CPUs in a standard PCs any further.
I still have them in servers but that's mostly for compute power and memory bandwidth.

Apparently some people have found performance gains by moving the hot caching of the streamed assets from the C drive to an alternative drive, if you have one.
Posted in a Steam review:
1. Open the game save directory: C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, and move the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 folder to your desired location. I moved it directly to D:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
2. Make sure the file copying is complete and delete the original Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 folder.
3. Run cmd as administrator and run the following code: mklink /j "-original address" "-new address"
Here is my example: "***" needs to be replaced with the specific name according to the actual username: "mklink /j "C:\Users\***\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024" "D:\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024"

What a bunch of BS! I never turn DLSS on when playing in 2k as the visual difference is so minor as to be laughable and my native 2k still runs faster.
