Hello Blue - I'm a long time lurker and fan of the site and had to create an account when I read your experience with Verizon. My experience with their support is identical to yours and that of some of the other posters. The service is great and super fast but god forbid if you have to deal with support. It's an exercise in futility and I've experienced it more than a few times. So I wanted to chime in and offer my solidarity. Hope your issues are resolved soon!
