How can it be a summer sale when it's not even summer yet? Summer doesn't start for another week and a half.

I hope there'll be a discounted version for people who own Metro 2033 and Last Light like there was with the DX:HR revamp.
THIS! I hope they do it the Deus Ex: Human Revolution way and offer a cheap update for owners of the two games.

So far the reviews have been unexpectedly and surprisingly high.
But I mean they did focus on single player so who knows. Maybe it actually is a decent game.

I haven't played 4 yet, nor all the DLC.........
If you have played 3 you didn't miss anything

By the way I don't think you could use the keys on Origin from actual CD/DVDs anyways.
I've had BF2 on a disc and could not add the CD key to my Origin library. I got invalid CD key error.
Ended up buying the whole BF complete set from Origin when it was on sale for $5, in case my disc gets scratched or something.

Hope visibility is affected by light and shadow this time.

Anyone know if dlc for ME2 ever gets discounted? From what I've seen and read, it's only for sale from the Bioware/ea site, which I rarely if ever visit. Think the bigger story based content is about 800 points, with smaller about 500. Iirc, the majority of dlc is about $20 to $25, total at regular price.
During the course of the game, players can roam through a brothel environment in which several prostitutes are depicted topless. The central character has the ability to spy on couples engaging in sexual activity (topless characters); suggestive moaning and dialogue can also be heard. Some settings depict opium vats or characters under the influence of the drug. The words “f**k” and “sh*t” can be heard in the dialogue.

Games tha make you grind/pay just so you can get to the "real" game should be banned by law and their makers should be condemned to the fiery pits of hell.

Well, it took long enough, but Total Annihilation is finally on Gog, too. With Sacrifice and Dungeon Keeper, they now have the three greatest RTS of all time. Got TA over the weekend, been going nuts on all three for weeks.

A stripped down version of the Uplay client with no store? Incredible! This restricts users from making additional Uplay/Ubisoft game purchases through the Uplay client. In fact it seems, Uplay enabled games purchased on Steam will not show on the standalone Uplay client.

Farcry 3 is the same price on Amazon that activates on Uplay. I don't own any Uplay titles, so I'm completely unfamiliar with it. Does it have an offline mode like Steam? From what I understand so far, if you buy it on Steam, you have to launch it on Steam first, which then brings up Uplay, then the game. Or since it's registered to your Uplay account, can you skip Steam and just launch it from Uplay?
If you have to jump through two DRM hoops by buying it on Steam, it sounds better to just buy it from Amazon and register it on Uplay.
