It is for SimMaxis...where you are able to control the dev's at Maxis as they repeatedly remake the same game over and over and over and over again...while sending off their other IP's to other studios to create horrible spinoffs. ... Profit!
I am sure that any game I already own on the PC version will be freely available on a mobile device and vice versa. Assuming there is a compatible version for each. I am sure Valve would never think of double billing me for Plant's vs. Zombies right? </sarcasm>
They might as well sue http://www.patches-scrolls.de/ as well. They have only been around for since 1995 so it should be a no-brainer for the Bethesda Lawyers.
They could also sue whoever currently owns the Dead Sea Scrolls for infringement as well. Make them change the name to the Dead Sea Papyrus.
Hmm...does NewEgg have any PCI Express 14.4k modems available so I can test this theory? If so, then all I have to do is get myself an AOL dial up account and I am golden! Anyone have a AOL CD they can mail me? =D
