Pre-order exclusives and Punkbuster are dealbreakers, and previous unstable releases doesn't play in their favour either. As much as I would like to play this, my intense hatred for the EA, DICE and Punkbuster takes precedence.

Though I have never played Stranger or Munch, I absolutely adored Oddysee and Exoddus. I think it was because the games didn't try to be something they were not. The art style was comical (i.e. 'Boom' machines) and the characters were just goofy. Great fun. I only have to wait until I buy my PS4 =D

Why? No one asked for this. No one knew they were doing it. It was an okay game; definately not a brilliant one. The "HD" still looks pretty shit also.

Shouldn't the people who spent the money to buy the game, and then monthly subscriptions, be furious that they could have had the game for free all along? Or that the producer/publisher charged for what is essentially an open beta?

I bought GW2 a long time ago and only ever play it sporadically, mostly because I don't like the Pirates theme and I hate MMO hotkey combat. However I don't feel ripped off at all.

I really like the level style, it looks like it is based somewhere in the Balkans, which is a refreshing change. The textures and particles look good, though youtube is a difficult source to base this observation on. I really like the emphasis on melee combat also, and the inclusion of guns does not appear tacked-on. I never played Dead Island, but I expect they look to recreate the success of that franchise while looking to improve upon it.

One thing to note about this video - the guys presenting the gameplay are SO FRUSTRATING TO WATCH. It may be intentional for demonstration purposes, but they constantly avoid kills, clearing areas, checking containers, picking up items and LOOKING AT POINTS OF INTEREST. I get the impression that they don't answer certain questions because they don't comprehend the value of the answer (e.g. Q: "Can you change the FOV?", A: "Yes, you can."). Even though I intend to play this on PS4, it is immediately obvious that this is a PC focused question, and that actually telling people what they can change the FOV to would be really nice.

Son, I am dissapoint. But why bother taking risks when you have your stockholders to worry about, right Activision?

Equally dissapointing as Battlecry and Shadow Realms.

I second some of the previous posts about the choice of voice acting, this trailer doesn't do the game justice. That said, I didn't play DA2, so my specific experience with the Qunari is limited to Sten. I prefer the Sten look as well, I'm not digging the Mr Tumnus-on-steroids look.

Voice synch and animations seem a little off too, probably comparible to KotOR. Or it could just be youtube?

More America? It's been done to death. There are so many countries to choose from for historically based single and multiplayer components. This smacks a little of laziness and cash-grabbing.

While I am looking forward to this game, Season Pass sales models seem to be in fashion. Next there will be Plants and Zombies Season Pass.

N.B. "Internet Connection Required" - whatever that means.

While the original CoH was a great game, I didn't enjoy being limited to playing as THE AMERICANS. It was a nice surprise to see them focusing on the Russian campaign for a change, but once again I was a little dissapointed to see them return to what has already been done to death.

While we are on that topic; NO MORE SPACE MARINES.

I'm playing through this at the moment on the PS3 and I am very impressed. The one-dimensional over-sexualised Lara of previous games has been given depth she deserved. The player bears witness to her development as they guide her through combat, puzzles and exploration. It sounds morbid, but I always have a laugh at the death scenes - some of them are very inventive.

Does this require Ubisoft Uplay? The one thing that stopped me from playing Anno is that I forgot my password, and amongst the multitude of usernames and passwords I have for various reasons, I couldn't be bothered to create another arbitrary password that I will just forget in another 3 weeks.

While I can appreciate the strengths of Battlefield 3 (and other efforts from DICE such as Mirror's Edge), my experience regarding technical support, and observations on how they reacted to the general outcry gave me the impression they just didn't respect the customer. It appeared their stance was one of Complete-Silence. I found it disgusting, especially after developing such a great relationship with Bad Company 2.

It is as simple as this - I knew what to expect, and I was right. My observations weren't difficult to make. Sadly, the only way to hold developers and publishers accoutable is through the consumer, and my voice is drowned out by the multitude of morons going out to buy their games.

I trialled WoW briefly and I was not impressed - low level fetch quests are not interesting. I have never understood the game's popularity.

More recently, I have bought Guild Wars 2. I liked the pay-once scheme and the art, exploration, and community engagement during gameplay.

Though, both games had the same wierd problem that I have never experienced in any other game besides these two MMOs. That is the wierd hotkey combat and player movement. I never felt engaged because of it.

The animations in ESO look pretty awful as well.

As enjoyable as most Bethesda games are (I'm currently playing through both Skyrim and Fallout 3), they're usually fairly buggy. Best option might be to wait 6 to 12 months for patches and mod maturity.

But that's not going to happen.
