I don't think it's specific to the Atlantic. Typhoons are the same weather phenomena after all and there are cases of FEB in Asia. Whether or not it's on their beaches yet (or they're willing to acknowledge as much) is a whole other matter.

Agreed. Was really hyped for more Wasteland after reading the press release. Then I hit play on the trailer (I wish I left it on mute).

Now I'm aware Scotchmo is a recurring character in the franchise. But he was easy enough to ignore in WL2, unfortuntely you can't ignore him in the trailer. In this case I really hope it's just a bad decision when making the trailer (that music is awful too) and not indicative of the style of "humourous" narrative we can expect.

I'm currently playing through the Pre-Sequel (thanks PS+).

Aside from a few minor QoL improvements I still think the original is the best one.

Considering he was making a living by raging out - there's no 'real' job that would tolerate him and keep him on staff beyond the probationary period.

On the flipside I've been wondering about how / if it's even worthwhile to try streaming for entertainment. Mainly pro-level rocksmith and rockband but then I figure I'd be screwed with licensing issues.

Unlike Icarus that one must've flew under my radar.

Most recently they released a mobile game a few years ago then catapulted that into a world tour that is still a few months from completion.

But Iron Maiden isn't exactly new to games either. They had Ed Hunter in 99 and I seem to recall another one in the early 2000s but kinda hard to google it now - everything comes up lawsuit. They've also got their own pinball table as of last year. They don't exactly shy away from gaming.

3d Realms couldn't have asked for better free press - gamers love an underdog even if the big name they're challenging actually supported gaming.

I thought it looked amazing. Like being able to go into Reboot.

That's fair, truth be told the only Total War game I've played was Shogun 2 and only ever sank money into a single (mostly) 40k army. But even as I typed that first reply I wondered how CA would handle interplanetary space travel.

Either way my current potato pc can't really handle TW Warhammer. You definitely make it sound like it's worth getting though - once I finally get a new pc haha
