If the MPAA is against it, it's a good law. Maybe they don't like that Hollywood won't be able to pretend to leak sex tapes/nude photos for publicity anymore.

the Oculus drivers leaving you with a resident process OVRServer_x64.exe which has a recurring trickle of data to Facebook's servers

Many of us expected that Oculus would spy on its users. It would be funny if Facebook made public some of those 'people jerking to VR porn' data its capturing.

I'm waiting for the politicians to declare adblockers are illegal. You know it's coming.

This happens when they're not allowed to use visible identification for screening. So time to hire more TSA workers; or just have everyone travel nude.

It's a mark of pride not an embarrassment. It says "I've been jacking off to VR porn for the past few hours"

William Shatner hit with $170 million paternity lawsuit.

I guess Billy couldn't keep it in his pants in space or in Canada?

Seems like way too much cash if it's even true. A kid isn't cheap to raise, but not $170 million.

Although I can see why a pedo would want to work at Nintendo, I can't see why they would want to employ any. Unless they have many pedos working there.

Halo would be something that I would be completely fine with being Windows 10 exclusive.

I wonder if Microsoft is including warehouses full of old smartphones running Windows 10 in those numbers. Nobody ever accused the human race of being all that intelligent though if these are not faked.

Given Microsoft is going to unleash Skynet on us after such wonderful innovations as Zune and Windows 10, this is just the beginning.

That is just stupid. Imagine not being able to buy Top Gun anymore because the rights on the F 14 had expired.

Another example of Ubisoft being creative. They're pulling a "It's not our choice, we had to shut it down and run away with the profits while not patching anything in the future"

Of course they're going to close it off and curate what's available. They're trying to make the PC into an Xbox, ads and spyware included.

Just say no to Windows 10 and UWP slavery.

I wished I had bought the game 4 weeks later, as that's the price point that would have made more sense for it from the beginning.

I bought this at a pretty discounted price, and it still didn't make it a worthwhile purchase sadly. This game was worth about three bucks given it was sort of an ARPG with a mediocre story. The Neverwinter F2P MMO was a superior gaming experience and I never paid anything for it.

WOTC is really to blame, as they have a great property in D&D, which they're licensing to companies who can't do anything capable with it.

In a few years time we'll see Ubisoft move all of it's operations to the Philippines. Ubi employees should start looking for work elsewhere now.

Hopefully they do, I'm not interested in funding them with tax dollars.

Great news, software has gotten away with shoddy quality for too long, with consumers having to pay the price. Hope this happens in other countries too.

My guess is that development will stop once the cash stops coming in. Early Access is a blight on gaming. Thanks Steam!
