We are at the day and age where good PC games, will never be above 70% 'done' at gold release. The PC Games that are going to be rel'd at %100, are the games that will have the shortest shelf life anyway. If you want a %100 game, buy a wii, or PS3 online store indie games, where $10 gets you what you paid for, and more. %100 done PC games worth buying, well, I can count them on one hand, per year. Oh look, I made a zero symbol.

a Q4 scheduled release for D3 Chapter 1 of 4, can only mean one thing. That the game will be out 2 years later after many many delays.

Just add + 2 years to every scheduled release date on this tablet, there fixed.

Although, a Q4 2011 D3 release, will make for a very MERRY Xmas 2011.

I wish someone out there can make a new game engine for motocross gaming. As much as I loved the original Motocross madness, even this game bears too similar resemblance. (15 years later?!) and we're still seeing the same smoothy center focal point action, where the entire map revolves around it. It's totally unrealistic and unsatisfying. I want to see real life arms and shock absorbtion feel, weightedness, the adrenaline , the agility, It's just not programmed right at all so far. Needs a new game designer.

I just got a raging clue.

Until NFS after 25 unsuccessful sequels finally gets its game right once again, ala - original Point to Point gameplay, I will be busy playing GT5 on my PS3 for a very very long time. GT5 isn't perfect, but it puts a smile on my face every 10 minutes or so that I play the game, and NFS hasn't done that since 25 sequels ago. Well, I admit, PU , Shift, MW were good iterations, but their immediate sequels totally destroyed the magic that was before it. Good riddance NFS (I blame EA though).

This makes me happy to be of Polish decent. It's nice to see that current generation Poles over at CD Projekt have minds and souls of generous people, as are most people in this culture. Unlike the (censored) bean counters over at EA and friends. I have nothing against other nations, for I am not a racist, I happen to hate everyone equally.

I discovered this original game 'by accident' back in the day, it was a calling of some kind. A local computer store (the glory days before Wallmart and Friends ever existed) was demoing this game, and I saw... units, fighting, in real time.

I spent an extra $250 (on top of the $3,000 already spent on a 80386-33MHz) to get 4 more megs of 30pin simms to get more units on the screen.

I must have played Dune2 for 2 years straight non stop. What a great time to be a lucky kid playing PC Games such as this. News of the upcoming original Command & Conquer whet my appetite for RTS genre, I miss WestWood Studios.

Why arent there game studios like this anymore? or are we just all old, and tired of innovating something original?

As much as I commend NFS and EA for making SHIFT 1 a decent driving experience for my PS3 paired with a G25, (and my 2 yr old Godson completing a Laguna Seca Lap in record slow time),
I sincerely hope, that Shift2 will not be Hotpursuit-reskinned, as obviously, and sadly, that was a fail of a NFS game. Can't get em all right there EA, carry on.

The still frame of this first screenshot, is such a beautiful image, of nature married with adrenaline sport. I cannot wait to play Dirt3, or ANY racer game, featuring real-imagery types of background. Ahh the good old days of Motocross ripping through the can-am trails in the Autumn time.

When a game such as SupCom2 gets patched every 4 days, does the master Game manual get re-written? I assume, that now into the 20th? patch, this game has been re-invented 3 times? How does a game developer, or technical writer sync the updated guides, to these patches. Do they stick with the traditional read-me.nfo that comes with every patch, ?

Someone annihilate EA HQ, and bring back Westwood Studios, or hand this franchise to Petrogylph games, to whom it rightfully belongs.

This game, "could have been" great, the concept..

but the honchos of EA clearly know how to totally destroy talented franchises. Clearly, epic fail, and I didn't even bother reading reviews of this game.
