The removal of Town Portals and lack of any real consequence for death is disconcerting. Those were two staples of Diablo that really should be in any of the games.

The penalty for death will likely change as you go up in difficulty. It looks like they're making Normal really, really newbie friendly, and adding Infernal difficulty for even more end game challenge. Plus, there's always hardcore mode.

Yup.

omg...it never ends with you guys. With the attitudes you guys have, you will be working pay check to pay check the rest of your lives. How about this, consider it a blessing a multimillion-dollar company is giving small unknowns a chance; get out there and create something worth talking about. My God people, get rid of "the corporations" are out to get me BS. You people are listening way too much to a failed presidency and a media that only supports the left at ANY cost.

Good job. Trying to justify pirating is like trying to justify your decision for voting for Obama. It is laughable.

"Saying the less piracy there is the better the state gaming will be in is akin to saying the less rich people are taxed the more jobs will be created. There's a little truth to it but moreso it's just wishful thinking & propaganda."

Interesting point of view. So you believe that taxing the rich until they cannot afford to pay for more employees is the better way to create jobs? oh yes, let the unions demand 200 dollars per hour...Where do you think the businesses will get their money from? If the businesses do not lose the money, who do you think pays for it? Remember, in a free society anyone can start their own business (includes you and me). With that said, stop trusting one source and research a little bit. Call up a business and ask them what it takes to be in business. Anyone can get in front of a teleprompter and demonize big business; However, big government is the worse kind of big. Why? Because a business you can walk away from; big government you cannot-they force it on you.

Here is the thing. Who defines what a MMORPG acts like compared to an actionRPG? I will tell you who, the king of the hill decides! Like it or not Blizzard defines both genres. So people can cry and call it whatever they want to, but the facts remain the same--login or do not buy it. I have a feeling most of you guys will buy it even with your lips a flapping... You know why? The beta rocks!

Funny, these people love shooting the police with their vid cameras...wonder if they love shooting vids of the thugs that murder people? No, because they are scared to death. People will know it when the police decides to say screw all of you...and stop going out to the calls...

ok I am going to throw something out there and it is up to you guys to think about this for a minute. Do you know how much blood was shed before nukes was created? I have a shocking fact for you people, nukes have saved more lives than taken. Nukes keeps idiots in check. With that said, go do the numbers...and open your minds...Sounds unbelievable doesn't it? Swords probably have killed more people than Nukes...so before you people hope on the bandwagon and believe everything...research it out...With that said, grow the hell up...

Awesome! Companies might do this on purpose in some cases, but this is against the law in several areas. If you cannot get a judgment on these guys, make it a criminal charge of stealing property.
