Yup, and I think the UK still has the most video surveillance per captita than any other country.

Yup, been a concern of mine since day one when I first got a car with Bluetooth. I had to go into car's settings and delete my profile, but still had a concern there were breadcrumbs.

Same goes for public charging stations.

The schadenfreude is strong with this one.

man that was such a bizarre story, like, what is wrong with someone that they would risk an opulent life in the 'burbs in the name of petty revenge.

and, as a frequent visitor of irvine, it really is lowkey creepy urbanism as fuck.

At least there's some ethnic diversity in Irvine. Try going to Aliso Viejo: same creepy urbanism, but the men are all white and the women are all peroxide blondes.

That's pretty much South Orange County as a whole, in comparison to the original/old north Orange County where you can paint your house pink with purple trim and let your lawn grow into a jungle if you want.

Blah blah blah....spin it how you want Ass Hats, but there is no excuses for pushing out an expansion pack for a game still in early access, as it is shameful and you deserve all the backlash you're getting!!

Verno wrote on Sep 6, 2016, 10:38:
"Now that we've been able to do this once, we'll be able to do it easier in the future" This whole post is really begging for that Sinclair quote about a man not understanding something when his salary depends on it.

i think most of the hate for this game is completely unfounded. It's easily one of the best survival games, period. Tweak your graphics options, you CAN run this game well.

I disagree, most of the "hate" is people upset that they continue pushing ahead with new charged content while the game remains poorly optimized and unfinished. Sure, you can dial down your settings and make it playable but it shouldn't run this poorly on good hardware.

Cutter wrote on Sep 6, 2016, 11:41:
No, you finish your main fucking product first before releasing anything subsequent to it. I'm glad there's been such overwhelming negative feedback to this. Perhaps it's the kick in the ass these jerks need to focus and finish the fucking game.

All these people buying a full-price expansion to - as I understand it - a broken, and bug-ridden alpha game... makes me sick. It sets yet another dangerous precedent and says to the company and others like it:

"Hey, you want to be greedy and sell content to a game that isn't even finished and probably never will be? Go right ahead! In fact, we'll reward you for doing so!"

I don't see how they're going to power it wirelessly, as it would need a pretty substantial battery to last enough for a decent gaming session.

It's going to use a 'Fission' battery.

Hopefully they switch to idTech after Fallout 4. I think that was the plan? That would mean that:

a) game would run better, look better, and be overall less buggy due to engine issues/limitations.

and

b) multiplayer shouldn't be TOO hard to hack in later as the bones for the net code will all still be there.

One can dream on part b).

Hadn't heard that, but it would be fantastic, if true. So sick of gamebryo/"creation".

Bethesda needs to just go ahead and add MP Coop. Playing this game with one or two friends would be a blast. plus they could really ramp up the difficulty then with Coop.

I get it that some dont want to play Coop, and thats fine, you can still play the game SP but I would like to have the option of playing it Coop too.

Yeah, when it comes to playing a campaign cooperatively, they should take some lessons from Techland, as they did a great job with Dying Light where you could play the same SP campaign in CoOp. I never played, and or know of, any other FPS game that achieved that so far. From all the games I've played CoOp, that was hands down the most dialed one.

I have been curious about that for here.

Also, it's hard to tell from the video, but they're touting a "new and improved driving mechanic". And when the guy's driving, it looks waaaay too "snappy", like the car has no real weight to it at all, and is just glued to the pavement.

Now, if they could come close to matching GTA V's driving mechanics, then they would be making good progress.

It boggles my mind they will be down to 10nm lithography by next year. WOW!

Except it really isn't, when you read the fine print only certain features can reach 10nm size. Basically when there is a die shrink only some parts on the cpu actually shrink.

Oh, but it is. Whether it is some or all of the architecture, the fact that they can now get it down to 10nm impressive now matter how you slice it.
