Excuse me that is complete nonsense!, it is pay to win all the way. Spend some time on how runes work, you might grasp why people call it pay-to-win!
I know how runes & enchantments work. I know that there is a 1% success rate on a fuse attempt for weapon and armor enchantments and that you basically have to use a coalescence ward to get any attempt to work. But you can get your coalescence wards by using your celestial coins every seven days. No, it's not guaranteed that you get one every time, but you do get them, and the more characters you have the greater the chance you have of getting them.
It's the have to have it now mentality. Yes, there are people out there will to pay $10 a pop for a CW from the ZEN shop. But there are others, like myself that will play for the sake of playing and eventually get all the items they want without having to pay for it.
Now if there was no way for me to get a CW other then through the ZEN shop, then yes, I would say that that constitutes pay to win. But the fact that I can get them, albeit time consuming, to me does not constitute a pay to win game.
