WeeeDays without bluesnews are no days worth living....
I was seriously going into withdraw. Was very close to emailing Blue and asking if we were talking days, weeks, or what, but was trying to be nice and supportive.
BTW (now that I have space to bitch) the bookface page for Blue's has more readers (2201) than the twitter account(1492), but (most) updates were going on the twitter account only...wazzupwithdat?![]()

that's surprising, because i could go easily develop a flappy bird clone app and rake in some easy ad revenue now. could even call it "flappy bird" because he doesn't care, and i might just go and do that...

Thought it was actually cool that Flea admitted what many haven't, over the years...
Guitars and Drums (pre)recorded. Vocals live. Hmmm. Its a shame that it wasnt the other way around. Anthony has got to be one of the shittiest successful frontman vocalists alive. His recorded stuff is pretty good, but man does he suck live. He cant hold a note to save his life...

Just goes to show you dudes have somehow lost common sense simply because it's a Tim Schafter game.... maybe if you guys played recent Point and Clicks you'd have some bearings left to see this for what it is, a mediocre 4 hour game with lame puzzles.
Whispered World or Memoria are light years ahead of this. Memoria especially. Meh.
Maybe I am the only one who expected MUCH more?

Reviews seem to be decent. I'm thrilled they appear to have a hit on their hands.

It is planned obsolescence however. That's designed into everything these days. Friggin LG fridge I had breaks down literally a week after the 3 year warranty is up. The mobo had to be replaced at $400 - $300 for the board and $100 for the service call - and the fucking fridge was only $800 to begin with. Meanwhile my buddy has a classic Fridgidaire from the 50s which has been serviced twice in its lifetime, still runs like a charm and looks great.

Excellent role for John if that is the case. His work as always been great for showing off what can be done, sometimes I wish he could find a game designer who could drive his engines how he expects it will work but at the very least he can create tech demos to show case how he has helped shaped the hardware.
Also, he has always appeared to want to help the community move forward by using his influence on hardware (birth of 3d accelerators for example). While not everybody would agree with his choices, its still great to see somebody put the effort in.
Good luck to John Carmack and the Oculus team, hopefully the tech will help change the way people interact with computers.

This game is on the wait and see list. The more details they release the less excited I get about it.

This is from the shareholders? What about the players? Well serves them right at this point.
This is from greedy lawyers looking to get shareholders involved. How they plan to prove that the entire company was devalued because of one game (that sold well despite it's issues I might add) is beyond me.
They'll prove it by showing the drop in EA's stock price, which is a valuation of the entire company.

Who buys from Zavvi when you can buy from Amazon?Honest question here, is it a UK only thing? Why would you choose them over Amazon?
Because Amazon would let you keep the accidentially sent PS Vita. Sure.
I doubt they'd let you keep it for free, but Amazon would probably be smart and offer a rebate to those who got one by accident ^^
In the U.S. you are legally entitled to keep goods sent to you by mistake as a "free gift," according to the FTC.Q. Am I obligated to return or pay for merchandise I never ordered?
A. No. If you receive merchandise that you didn’t order, you have a legal right to keep it as a free gift.
Q. Must I notify the seller if I keep unordered merchandise without paying for it?
A. You have no legal obligation to notify the seller. However, it is a good idea to write a letter to the company stating that you didn’t order the item and, therefore, you have a legal right to keep it for free. This may discourage the seller from sending you bills or dunning notices, or it may help clear up an honest error. Send your letter by certified mail. Keep the return receipt and a copy of the letter for your records. You may need it later.
