Well, having played the original Wasteland on my Commodore 64 back in the day I can say this game is everything I hoped for and more.

That is, this game is a pure delight for those wanting an old-school type of RPG, like the old Fallouts, however those more used to more modern RPGs may not enjoy this as much.

Personally, I'm loving it. Best RPG of the year for me and that's quite a feat since I thought it would be impossible to beat Divinity:OS.

The ironic thing to all of this is that it took a real journalist for all this shit to surface and I'm sure there's still a lot of shit to dig. If anything, it makes gaming "journalism" even worse than before, something I didn't think possible to achieve.

One thing is certain, things will not be the same in the gaming industry after this is over, for better or for worse. This has now become too big.

There's also been another huge development that went a bit under the radar. 4chan dramatized it, because it's 4chan.

Basically, someone at reddit shadowbanned a user in front of Julian fucking Assange for asking him about censorship in the Gamergate thing. Not soon after, the Wikileaks twitter account got involved in the Gamergate scandal.
