Steam customer support is amongst the very worst out there. It takes weeks for the to reply to any problem and the reply is usually a copypasted answer.

Great game, but be warned, it's not a "just plop shit down to make it look pretty and it'll work" city builder. So far every time I've reached ~10K population my city has ground to a terrifying halt due to traffic issues. I'm finally starting to wrap my head around them, which is making it a bit easier, but it's definitely a thinking man's city builder.
However, it is SO easy to lose hours and hours and hours in this game, it's incredible. And there are already roughly 900 hojillion mods/files available on the Steam workshop too.
But Creston... you can't be having fun, you're not using the power of the cloud to power the game!!!
Well deserved, it's definitely the best city builder since SimCity 4 and with a few patches and tweaks it will easily surpass it.
RIP Terry Pratchett. The world is now a bit more grey and sad, not since Douglas Adams' death have I felt this upset.
I think I finally have the game that will make me say goodbye to simcity4. It is that good!
I can't take with Microsoft saving PC gaming time and again, really I can't, it's too much! Can't anyone think of the children???
