Not being available on Steam at launch is a firm No from me.
Ubi$oft don't provide the same 2h/2w refund policy that Steam do and even Epic have copied that.

Still regularly play UT3 DM with mates - Barge and Deck are still awesome maps.
We did try the latest UT incarnation via the EpicFail Store but it just didn't have that Unreal feel, so we all uninstalled it.
